All training materials are provided to you by FSQC Training Center including the appropriate food codes and/or manuals, participant workbook, sample forms, and a list of resources to assist you in creating your food safety plan. All you need is a willingness to learn!
Who is FSQC Training Center's Lead Instructor?
FSQC Training Center’s Lead Instructor, Arlen Keller, has over 45 years of Food and Beverage Manufacturing experience. His experience includes everything from being an hourly worker on the plant floor, to production management, to laboratory analyst, to corporate regulatory, food safety, and quality systems management. Along with Arlen’s real world, hands on experience, his other qualifications include:

- FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Lead Instructor
