Course Description

Through this 2-day course you will gain the knowledge necessary to develop, implement, and maintain an SQF System* and function as an SQF Practitioner*.

The course includes:

▪ A presentation of the SQF Food Safety Code: Manufacture of Food Packaging.
▪ Hands-on learning through exercises and classroom discussions.
▪ The development of a model program.
▪ A final quiz to provide student interaction with the course content and to assure participants understand the content and its application.
